This set of two lounge chairs was designed by Ico Parisi for Cassina in 1957. Each chair has a chromed metal base and a wooden frame.

Architect and designer Ico Parisi (1916-1996) left his mark on the 1950s with a style combining wood, metal and glass. With his wife Luisa Aiani, he founded the founded the La Ruota studio, collaborating with prestigious brands Cassina and M.I.M.. A visionary, he left a lasting imprint on modern design, combining innovation with timeless elegance. His work, at the crossroads of architecture and furniture, continues to continues to influence today’s designers.
