Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOU") is to define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Audeamus by Jouffre website (accessible at www.audeamus.jouffre.com, hereinafter the "Site").
Access to and use of the Site imply the full, unreserved acceptance of these TOU by the User, in their latest version published online.
Access and Availability of the Site
Access to the Site is open to anyone wishing to learn more about the Audeamus project and the creations of Jouffre. Access to the Site is provided on a continuous and permanent basis, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the control of Jouffre, and subject to potential breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site. Due to the very nature of the Internet, Jouffre cannot guarantee that the Site will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Liability
Jouffre strives to provide Users with the most reliable and highest quality information possible. However, it does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the information published on the Site.

In the event that any provision of these TOU is deemed void or unenforceable under a rule of law or a court decision, such provision shall be deemed unwritten, without causing the invalidity of the remaining clauses, which shall retain their full force and effect.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or execution of these TOU, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution prior to taking any legal action.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts. In accordance with Article R. 631-3 of the French Consumer Code, consumer users may choose to bring the matter either before one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure, or before the court of the place where they resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful event.
